2015 Photo of the Year Contest

Happy New Year!!!  Hope you and yours had a wonderful holiday season.  Thank you to all the families that helped make 2015 a memorable year – and what better way to celebrate than with the 3rd annual Photo of the Year Contest. I had so much fun looking back at the sessions over the past year. I am so grateful to the families that have chosen me as their photographer. I can’t wait to see what 2016 brings.

So without further delay, here are the details. One photo from each session was chosen (events, professional headshots and complimentary portfolio building sessions were not considered for this contest). There will be three winners!  Scroll down to view the images and then cast your vote.  Only 1 vote per person please (I know, it’s a tough decision). 🙂

1st Prize.  The client whose image has the most votes will receive a complimentary 11 x 14 wall print of either the image from this contest or an image of their choice from an upcoming 2016 session.

2nd Prize.  The 2nd place winner will receive a $75 gift certificate toward a session in 2016.  The winner may either keep the prize for themselves or give to a friend.

Voter Prize.  One lucky voter will be selected at random to receive a FREE Mini Session!!!  Voters enter simply by leaving a comment on this blog post (scroll down under the poll).  The winner may either keep the prize for themselves or give it to a friend.  The Mini Session will take place at Drum Hill Studios in Martinsville by May 1, 2015. Only one comment per voter allowed, but voters can earn a 2nd entry by also LIKING Drum Hill Studios’ Facebook page. Share this post with friends and family to increase your chances.

Every image has a title so it can be identified. From your desktop computer roll over the image with your cursor to see the title of the image. If you are using a tablet click on the first image in the gallery to open the lightbox. Then click on the “i” icon in the lower left hand corner of your screen to reveal the title of the image.
