Baby development in the first 12 months is amazing because so much happens. Healthy babies develop new skills in a continually surprising way. I first met Hudson as a tiny newborn. Next time I photographed him he was 4 months old and able to hold his head up nice and high. At 8-months old, he was finally able to sit up on his own supported. Developmental achievements are called ‘milestones’. My Milestone Plan, which includes 4 portrait sessions over the course of a baby’s first year, is a wonderful way to celebrate these achievements.
This was one of my first sessions since quarantine so I made sure to remain socially distant. I relied on mom and dad to help me out. Can’t wait until things get back to “normal” so I can give Hudson a great big hug! 💙
