I don’t know why more women don’t have maternity portraits taken. Its such an extraordinary and infrequent occurrence in a woman’s life it’s really a shame not to. This mom-to-be contacted me at the very end stages of her pregnancy. I normally photograph women in their 7th month of pregnancy when they have a nice round belly but aren’t experiencing the discomfort that sometimes comes in the late stages of pregnancy. So happy she came to me for these photos, and just in time too, because her baby was born just 1 week later! Newborn images soon to come. Yay! 🙂
