I love styling newborn sessions. I keep a variety of beautiful wraps, blankets, hats and headbands at my studio. I also carry an array of props, from baskets to beds. Styling definitely plays an important role in traditional newborn portraiture.
Lifestyle portraiture, on the other hand, is less structured and more about capturing real life situations. After I photographed this beautiful baby at my studio I got the chance to photograph her in her home, amongst the things her parents lovingly chose for her. Together, these images will make a beautiful cohesive album her parents will cherish forever.
