Most parents don’t think of photographing their babies at 3-months, but it’s one of the most precious times in their first year and an important developmental milestone. By 3-months most can hold up their heads for a short period of time. Tummy time is not loved by all babies so I always ask parents how well their children can tolerate it before I attempt that pose. A 3-month old will sometimes share a smile with a stranger, but not always. More often than not I get a wide eyed stare. But to me, that expression is just as endearing.
